For nearly four decades, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate growth and change
Along the way, I discovered something that changed the way I lead and coach.
People rarely need someone to hand them the answers.
They need someone willing to understand them deeply enough to help their own clarity emerge.
As a Vice President and senior leader,
I watched capable, accomplished people navigate uncertainty, self-doubt, ambition, change, and the quiet sense that there was something more waiting for them.
Over time, I discovered that one of my greatest strengths was seeing potential in people “sometimes” before they could see it in themselves.
I learned how powerful it can be when someone feels genuinely seen, understood, and believed in.
That’s the space I now create through coaching.
That's much more personal. And now your corporate experience explains why you're good at this, rather than simply establishing that you held an executive title.
Outside of coaching, you'll often find me teaching or practicing yoga, spending time with my family, traveling, or dreaming up the next idea I'm curious enough to pursue.
I'm learning firsthand that a meaningful next chapter isn't about slowing down—it's about becoming even more intentional about how we spend the years ahead.
Whether I'm coaching a leader navigating a career transition, an entrepreneur building something meaningful, or a woman stepping into a new chapter of life, my role isn't to tell them what to do.
My role is to ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, and create the conditions where clarity, confidence, and self-trust can emerge.

Navigator School
Established in 2013
Developed and launched Full Sail Leadership Academy, a comprehensive leadership development initiative for emerging and established leaders. More than 800 leaders have graduated from the 6-month Navigator School Program since its inception.
Women’s Leadership Initiative
Established in 2014
Co-created and facilitated a Women’s Leadership Program to empower and advance female leaders across the organization. More than 650 women have graduated from the 6-month program since its inception.
Full Sail University
Designed and implemented a dynamic Employee Recognition Program celebrating excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Oversaw all aspects of internal communications, ensuring transparency, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.
